Be Advised, Not Surprised
Welcome to Wanxing Home Inspection. I provide buyers and sellers with accurate information essential to evaluating a home's condition. My goal is to identify any condition that may significantly affect the desirability, livability, or safety of the property inspected. Having this information, before you purchase or sell your home, can return many dividends, both financially and emotionally.

Home inspections are my only business. Membership of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and IHINA (Independent Home Inspectors of North America) means that I am certified and licensed for your home inspection and I have no affiliations with any contractors or real estate companies. I do not make repairs or offer remodeling services of any kind. Therefore, my only objective is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, and unbiased opinion of the property being inspected.

For your convenience, I create both e-version (sent by email) and writen version (sent by mail) report for you (English only). You will find it to be detailed, yet very clear and easy to understand. As an added benefit, I include digital photos taken during the inspection and web links to related sites. Using this format you have complete control over who views your report. Most importantly, it will be available for your review within 24 hours of completing your inspection!

I provide home inspection services in the grand Montreal area. Out-area service may be available by special arrangement with additional travel charges. .

Certified, licensed for your peace of mind.
